Sales Representative
Northside Carting Inc., a family-owned, solid waste management business located in North Andover, Massachusetts, is actively seeking Sales Representatives to join their dynamic team in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding role. Under minimal supervision, Sales Representatives will be expected to research and analyze the market territory; develop strategies; cultivate sales leads; and persuade prospects to purchase Northside Carting products and services in order to achieve targeted revenue goals.
The Sales Representative position will require expert management of a highly qualified set of prospects in order to achieve budgeted closing and productivity goals.
Specific responsibilities will include:
1. Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.
2. Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
3. Executes sales campaigns via in order to consistently meet or exceed aggressive weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
4. Attract, generate, manage and record leads from outbound telephone marketing.
5. Demonstrate excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
6. Exhibit proficient knowledge and use of computer technology and software applications.
7. Propose customer solutions that are compliant with appropriate local, state, and federal regulations.
8. Other duties as required
Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Excellent listening, communication, and negotiation skills
- Polite but persuasive phone manner
- Outstanding leadership abilities
- Strong PC skills including MS Office.
- A college degree is required.
- Previous selling experience is strongly preferred but not a must.
