RESIDENTIAL REMARKS

EXTRA EFFORT ON A RAINY DAY MAKES A SALEM RESIDENT SMILE
On a rainy Thursday in Salem a Nicholas St Resident called our office singing the praises of one of the trash men in Salem. She described that one of the drivers walked her barrel back up her walkway preventing her from having to walk out in the bad weather. She also was extremely pleased that when she was handed the barrel she was told to have a great day. This extra effort made this residents day and she did not want it to go unnoticed, unfortunately she did not get the workers name or truck number to identify him but wanted to pass along the message. Northside would like to join this resident in thanking the employee who made this resident’s day a little bit better.

NORTHSIDE EMPLOYEE MAKES MAYNARD RESIDENTS DAY A LITTLE BETER
Recently, we received a call from a resident of the town of Maynard, expressing her gratitude for the terrific service that Marc Lampkin provides on the recycling route. She went on to say that if she does not have her recycling out on time Marc will beep the horn and get out to help her bring the bins to the curb and then back up to her house after empting them. Northside Carting would like to join in thanking Marc for taking the time to provide a great service to the town of Maynard. Thank you Marc and keep up the good work.

NORTH ANDOVER RESIDENT PRAISES HER TRASH MEN
A Richardson Ave resident from North Andover took the time out of her day to call the DPW and acknowledge the good work that one of the trash truck drivers was doing in her neighborhood. She did not leave her name or contact information but according to the DPW she was “thrilled” with how polite the driver was. Using the GPS, we were able to determine that Joey Dealmeida was the driver that this resident was so pleased with. Whatever the small act of kindness that Joey made towards this resident are the kinds of gestures that make a difference in a person’s day. Thank you Joey for making the extra effort and keep up the good work.

SALEM TRANSFER STATION UPDATE

As most of you may know, Northside has been operating the City of Salem’s Transfer Station for over fifteen years. Through hard work and consistent quality approach, Northside has obtained all the regulatory agency approval. Now, we are nearing the final group to gain approval: the Salem City Council to approve the Salem Transfer Station’s purchase by Northside. Before we get ahead of ourselves, we must keep up the promotional and awareness work by being as kind, friendly, and accommodating to ALL Salem Residents as their voice is what will drive home the much needed upgrade of this site that we’ve been so close with for so long. Any employee who drives, labors, and operates in Salem is an important piece to this puzzle. Northside’s name is on this project and with all of your support – the pieces will soon fall into place.

FACEBOOK & TWITTER

We have a Northside Carting facebook profile, a Salem Transfer Station fanpage, and a Salem T-Station Twitter account that has been utilized to provide for online awareness of constant updates and developments regarding the Salem Transfer Station Project. Follow Northside’s updates!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM ALL OF US AT NORTHSIDE CARTING!
